Most supply stores that don't deal with the public have them, Armstrong McCall and RDA Pro Mart, any pro website would too.

What is a client card? Is that when someone wants to sell you salon equipment and they give you a card so you can contact them? My friend found her stuff online at the aforementioned website and she says it's great.
