What to look for in a Well-Rounded Nail Technician?

My sister and I are opening a full-service Nail Spa in the Caribbean. We are about to start looking for a well rounded- nail tech for our opening next year. Any nail techs or nail shop owners can advise on what we can look for in a good technician? Any ';must-ask'; questions for the interview? and finally where can we begin to look or post the position (there are virtually no certified nail techs available on our island)? What to look for in a Well-Rounded Nail Technician?
I make sure they are vewy rice people first and foremost. What to look for in a Well-Rounded Nail Technician?
just go it alone and see how much business you get...you can certainly train someone if you need to at a later date.
Are you looking for someone ';qualified,'; or rounded at the ';hips? %26lt;}:-})
Why do you want a fat nail tech?
You can advertise in areas near %26amp; around the location of the future spa,%26amp; you may have to offer a higher salary to draw techs to your area.Look for someone that is established %26amp;/or a new enthusiastic tech that is good at what he/she does, has good work ethics. Also, good sterilizing techniques,is gentle %26amp; pleasant to the customers.Speaking clear English would be a plus.Have the tech give you a new setof nails,%26amp; see how you feel about the quality of the work..BOL
