i was just woundering if you need to have a high school deploma if so where do i go to or any info you can give me thanks .Do you have to have your high school deploma to get a nail technician certificate?
Er...A High School diploma or a GED...Go to your local Adult Ed, and they'll help you, and then once you get your ged or hs. Diploma, You go to a Cosmetology school, and sign up.
