Has anyone done long distance learning to become a nail technician? or anyone have any info?

My daughter in law has just completed a Beauty Consultant course.

Nail technology was part of that course.

It required a great deal of practical tuition, which could not be given through distance learning.

I would venture to suggest that any such distance learning course would be seriously deficient in practical competence.Has anyone done long distance learning to become a nail technician? or anyone have any info?
Where abouts in the country are you based? The nail academy offers 3 day nail tech courses (which cover everything) or 1 day acrylic courses (which covers acrylic nials). They are based in the North but she will travel to come to you. Prices start at 拢200. call 01482 877269 for details.Has anyone done long distance learning to become a nail technician? or anyone have any info?
I teach many complementary therapies. Some of them like Nutrition and Chinese medical theory are just that theory and do not need any practical, but aromatherapy, beauty, hairdressing [OK I put that in but is not complementary] and aromatherapy and so on do include a practical element. In using the theory you also prove competence of theory and practical. It most certainly cannot be done without a practical and anyone saying they can teach this are wrong as far as I am concerned.
