whats the best school?... how much does it cost?.. i live in Los Angeles, but am willing to drive to Orange County for the right school. thank youA good school to become a nail technician? i live in Southern California.?
Some of my friends went to the local community college. They have programs for cosmetology and for manicuring.
I'm not sure of the cost, but the community college is a lot cheaper than a private school.
