no they dont. on average in the US, they make between 10,000 and 25,000 full time a year. which is not enough.
i would reccomend you look into a differant career.

My boss' sister and law does it for a living. He says she makes about 2k a week. Including tips. If you work at a nice nail salon, you should expect a good amount of money flowing in :)
i made a 1000$ in two weeks at my family nail salon %26amp; and thats without adding the tips. i didnt liked the job itself, i just did for the money.
